Gohan is the son of Goku, and is the most powerfull of all the Saiya-jin. His enormous power is first displayed when he demolished Radditz's pod at the age of four. For a while, Gohan could only use his power when he was extremely angry, and even then he could only use it in short bursts. With the help of Piccolo, he gained the ability to use his power at will. During his teen years, he masqueraded as a hero named the "Great Saiya-Man". It was his way of fighting crime without exposing his identity to everybody. It was also good fighting practice. As Gohan grew older, he became even stronger. He eventually gained so much power that he was not stable in Super Saiya-jin form, and had to be taught a new form!
