The following are stories based on and inspired by characters I played in various roleplaying games.
Laurella
Two tales of an elven sorceress of noble birth. The two stories bracket her life as a character.. the first is her introduction, as she leaves home for a life of adventure, while the second is a tale of her final day as a character.

The Historian's Tale, or Allerya
This tale, though it does not mention her directly by name, is about a dark-elven priestess of the God of Order, named Allerya. Allerya was a citizen of a dark empire of the surface world, and rose to be the High Priestess during the reign of the Lich-Emperor. However, she eventually found that her search for true order could not be found under the auspices of that empire, and so she faked her death to escape from the clutches of the empire's minions. That was the official end of her as a character, but this story details a kind of epilogue to her life.
Allerya: The Historian's Tale
Alennya
Alennya was the daughter of Allerya, born to continue her mother's work towards the goal of order. Allerya had decided that true order could not be achieved under the auspices of evil. Believing herself to be too tainted, she then decided to give up her daughter so as to allow her to grow up free of that taint, and able to work towards the greater goal of Order.
This is more of a fragment, the beginning of a story, as the character never was finished, but here it is anyway. I may continue writing it later.
