This is Tuxedo Mask/Darien/Mamoru/Prince Edymion/The Moonlight Knight/Prince Darien's Arctic Shrine. Tuxedo Mask is Sailor Moon's Earthly protector. She does not know who he is in most of the original Sailor Moon series, but as the first season progresses Sailor Moon learns that the masked man is really her hated aquaintance, Darien. Tuxedo Mask was also Sailor Moon's husband to-be as Prince Edymion/Prince Darien in the Moon Kingdom. At one point, Darien was brainwashed by the "negaverse" to think he was evil and should kill Sailor Moon and her friends
