December 31, 1999 Here is the lastest news about Taiwan Only after coming back to Taiwan did I realize the devastation the 921 Chi-Chi Earthquake has caused. Taiwan still needs help in various forms. So please lend your hands. Also, hopefully China won't be bold enough to do anything aggressive when the Presidential Election takes place on March '00. It better not!
