Welcome to Tina's Cranberry Cove, where Thanksgiving is celebrated all-year round. Although Thanksgiving includes the traditional meal of turkey or ham, I'm an animal rights activist and a vegetarian, who believes that any animal needing to be killed for food is a horrible routine, and an inhumane process. Therefore, in my recipes section, there is only foods pertaining to vegetarians and/or vegans.
