As you probably know from the first page, you are some wierd dork named
Guybrush Threepwood.
(What a wierd name!) Well this guy wants to be a pirate, dont we all, so he go's to Melee Island. Of course he would go to
Melee, everone knows that! Umm... Where is Melee island? Hold on let me look at my map... AH! YES! Deep in the caribean! Any way, along the way, dear ol' Guybrush falls inlove with the govener of the island
Govener Elaine Marley.
(She kicks butt!!!) But unfortunetly for Guybrush, some guy named
LeChuck
is also inlove with her. Now you would probably say, well why don't they just duke it out and the winner gets Elaine. Well...
It doesn't work that way, mainley if you partner is a ghost pirate. So as Guybrush is geting through three trials that he must pass to become a pirate, LeChuck steals the Govener, and Guybrush (of course) has to save her. Of course this wouldn't be
much of a game if it din't have plot. So now Guybrush is off to Monkey Island to save Elaine.
Now that you are bord to tears, I'll do something else for entertainment sake.
Now that you know the plot, I might as well introduce the chariters that you will meet.
We will start with Guybrush. 
Lovable? maybe. cool? definetly. Dorky? You beter beleive it buster.
This is Elaine, Guybrush's one true love. She just kicks butt! What else can I say?
Meet LeChuck, the scumm of the earth. It would be alot easier to kill him if he was alive.

It's the VOODOO LADY! She is awesome, although it does look like she has a beard...
These guys are the "men of low moral fiber (pirates)". There kind of anoying, but hey, we like them any way.
Now I would like you to meet 
The Monkey Island Canibles! But they have converted to vegitarianism, too much colesterol in those human things.
