District 20, North Dakota-NW Minnesota, has been merged with District 41, South Dakota, and District 17, Montana into a new District 78. The reorganization was ratified by the 3 Districts at the District 20 Spring Conference held at Moorhead, MN, May 10th, 2003. Accordingly, a new Website is being developed, by a professional designer, to encompass all the information from the former Districts. This District 20 site will no longer be updated. I sincerely thank all those who have encouraged me in managing this site. It was a great learning experience, as are all Toastmaster opportunities.
