      Friends Pages:

Darrin Gergely  --  From New Jersey to Missouri, it's all very blurry.
Now living in Dallas he's got a web page full of
interesting things about him and old AU.  He's got
the most comprehensive list of links to other web
sites -- check it out.  Sorry, this is the best picture I
                                                                        have at the moment !
Tony Hillerson --  Here's someone in the computer business.  He's
now getting back to music last I heard, at least
part time.  The band is called  "Last Great Day", a
good one since I had though of (but never used) the
same name for another group I was in, back in
Texas -- "wcg" coincidence I think!  Married now to
lovely Lori, and now living in Denver, CO.

Dan Butz         --  I thought it would never happen. Long time friend
of the Commerce clan has got a page to keep those
of us informed with what's happening there in Texas.

Pichai S.         --  From the other side of the world (depending on your
point of view) comes a site that is young and growing.
He prides himself in originality and great stories from
                                                                        his many travels.

Bryan Blair       --  This is one of my favorite sites for good info. and
other links.  Also in the computer industry, he's
working here in Thailand.  Want to know more about
Thailand, he's now the resident expert.

Gina Portwood  --  This is also one of my longtime favorites on the net.
Here I can tune into more detail with that's happening
in Commerce, TX.  See how some of the X-AUers
                                                                         are doing.

Mike MacLean  --  If you like the outdoors, you've found your guy!  As
an old friend and canoeing partner, he's simply
amazing!  He's either finished or is just finishing the
last part of the Appellation Trail.  Every other time
I'm talking to him he's wondering around northern
Ontario.  Soon an expedition of sorts is in the making
                                                                          to the Himalayas.

         Links on Thailand:

Amazing Thailand #1 -- This site can give you good tourist info. if you're
ever wanting to visit, or are in the neighborhood.

           Schools in Thailand:

The Royal Chitralada     --  This was the school where I taught for a full year under
the patronage of His Majesty the King of Thailand, and
HRH Princess Sirindon who is the director of the school.
Located on the Royal Residence of Chitralada Palace I
taught students 13-17 years of age.

Nava International School      --  This was a school I taught at during the weekends for a
six month period.  These students were younger ESL
learners, and always eager beavers!  (I'm actually waiting
to see if they have a website up yet, or not.)

The Princeton Review       --  This was for only six weeks as an ESL program for reg.
students currently on summer holidays.  Not a school
per say,  they offer help and training for those students
who are interested in taking such tests as the SAT and
TOFEL.  Very excellent program. (the site isn't finished
yet, so I must apologize on behalf of my friend the "web
                                                                      master"!)

--  RIS is one of the longest running International schools in
Thailand.  Just 10 minutes from where I live, I'm
currently teaching a 4 week ESL program for students
going into grade 6.  A nice location and new campus!
