Having a homepage can be a lot of fun. I have seen so many great homepages out there and I just wanted to recognize people for the creativity, passion and hard work they put into their pages.

I wanted to award homepages that have something to say. Content is what's important. Your pages should have useful, interesting, fun content that makes me want to come back and visit again and again. It doesn't matter if you are a beginner or an old hand at html, what matters is the passion you put into your pages. In giving this award here are some things I look for:

• All of your links MUST work and the page should load reasonably quickly. Navigation is important, I want to be able to get around your page easily and be able to find things quickly. Your pages should be user-friendly
• Proofread your page carefully, good spelling and usage is a definite plus. Broken graphics and/or broken links are a definite turn off.
• You MUST sign my guestbook
• Don't be a thief ALWAYS give credit to any work that is not your own and NEVER steal other peoples' bandwidth
• I don't want to see just links, tell me a little about you and what you think and what YOU have to say.
• Your page should be pleasing to the eye and the mind. I like tasteful use of graphics and interesting content, they should balance each other.
• This is for personal homepages only, commercial sites and adult sites are not eligible.
