Fastest 400 Meter Times

The 400 meter test is the hardest of the three tests for me. The cars with the best acceleration do well in this one. You really have to tweak the gear ratios and have a car with a decent amount of horsepower. The R33GT-R Vspec I have is 942 horsepower so you get an idea of how powerful the car is to do well.
