Mark-Paul Gosselaar was one of the original cast members of "Good Morning Miss Bliss" that launched Saved By The Bell. The show starred Mark-Paul and was based on the life of the character he played, Zack. He is the smooth-talking guy at Bayside and is always after the girls, especially Kelly Kapowski (Tiffani-Amber Thiessen) who he marries on the two-hour TV movie Saved By The Bell: Wedding In Las Vegas. Mark-Paul is not currently starring on TV, but when he left Saved By The Bell after The College Years was canceled, he was looking for a dramatic role.

When Saved By The Bell was launched, Mario Lopez was cast to play A.C. Slater. Slater has moved around a lot and finally ends up staying at Bayside. We know Zack (Mark-Paul Gosselaar) was after Kelly (Tiffani-Amber Thiessen), so Slater steps in and tries to get at date. But he comes to his senses and begins dating Jessie Spano (Eliza beth Berkley). But when he left for college Jessie was no where to be seen, except she appears in Zack and Kelly's wedding. Mario went on the play Slater in Saved By The Bell: The College Years, and after it was canceled he went on to host the game show Masters of the Maze.

He is the "nerdy" guy at Bayside and is always after Lisa (Lark Voorhies). He then continued on to play Screech on Saved By The Bell: The College Years, and after The College Years was canceled, he landed the role as Screech again in Saved By The Bell: The New Class.

On Saved By The Bell Jessie is a good student that always makes A's and is girlfriend to A.C. Slater (Mario Lopez). Elizabeth did not continue on to Saved By The Bell: The College Years, but did appear at Zack and Kelly's wedding. Elizabeth is currently making movies instead of tv. Her most recent project was the First Wives Club.

Lark returns as Lisa during the last two episodes of Saved By The Bell: The College Years to help Kelly (Tiffani-Amber Thiessen) with her wedding. Lark also stars in Saved By The Bell: Wedding In Las Vegas where Zack and Kelly wed.
