Ok, here I will explain what this is all about. I am linking to some un-web-supported files. (Like Simcity 2000 Cities) and when given the choice you choose "Pick App" instead of "Save". That way, you get to see the files in your editor, and you don't have to save them if you don't want them, you just quit the program, and the file stays on the web. Pretty innovative eh?
