Radar comes into the operating room looking like he's just had a sniff of the knock out gas. Hawkeye says "if that's your discharge papers, don't tell us just get gone."

Radar says "This is a message from ICORP. Henry Blake's discharge papers were a mistake. An hour before the orders were sent the points rules were changed and they didn't find out till they sent the orders. Henry is coming back to us but is going to be offered a promotion based on our efficiency record. He's due back tomorrow!"

Hawkeye says "that's terrible he doesn't get to go home but I'm glad he's coming back here and getting a promotion."

Frank says, "Boy there goes my command! I can't believe their going to make him a general as big a clutz as he is! No army regulations, no back bone and no brains"

Radar says "oh by the way frank you get your own command in the 8063rd because the Col. there was killed when his plane was shot down during a flight over the Sea of Japan."

Hawkeye says "wasn't Henry supposed to be on that?"

Radar says "Yes, but I'm sure glad he's not!"

Much partying going on but soon Henry's back and everything is ok.

Foot note: Col sherman Potter never comes on. The reason Henry was killed off originally was because he wanted to leave the show. And have a dramatic ending. Hope you enjoy this.
