Nelson is sent to check on a supposidly defecting dictators story and
if it is true bring him back to the United States. Before they can get
back to meet the Seaview, the dictators yacht explodes. In the aftermath
of the explos ion, Nelson learns from other survivors that the dictator
is really planning to start a war, not defect. Then the dicator kills all
aboard the raft except Nelson. The dictator orders Nelson to head for the
Seaview and says as soon as the Seaview is spotted, he will kill Nelson
so he can't reveal the truth. Nelson and t he dictator are trapped in a
raft for several days before the Seaview picks them up.
