Bio on *N Sync

I got this biography from the *N Sync and Friends magazine #1

These five guys from Tennessee, Pennsylvania, New York, Mississippi and Washington, DC came together in Orlando, Florida simply as pals without anticipating what would happen some years later. Today they are getting us *N Sync with their incredible music and breath taking dance performances.

But how did this miracle work it's magic? Allow yourself a break and enjoy the *N Sync history in a nutshell!

It began in 1989 when JC started working at Disney's Mickey Mouse Club. After a while, JC was intrdouced to a guy named Joey and they started hanging out. Two years later, JC got a new colleague at Disney named Justin and they became good friends. Meanwhile, Joey landed a job at the Universal Studios of Florida and met another employee named Chris.

Two years later, JC and Justin were looking for a project that would involve singing and dancing. As part of his search, Justin auditioned for an Orlando musical group and he was quite impressed by the talent of a guy he met at the audition. That turned out to be Chris!

So JC knew Joey and Justin, Joey knew Chris, and Chris knew Justin. On a fateful night in Orlando, Chris and JC visited a local club and ran into JC's old pal Joey, whom they introduced to Justin. But they still needed one voice to make their group complete! Justin called his vocal coach back in his native Memphis asking if he knew a guy with a good bass voice--and James Lance Bass, the last member to join *N Sync was caught!

*N Sync started their big time career in Europe, although they recorded their self-titled debut album in the US. Today they are conquering their home country with hits like "Tearin' Up My Heart" and "I Want You Back."
