Themes used to be a set of colors, sounds, cursors and wallpaper that you could simultaneously set for your Windows environment. In Windows 95 this was a function of the Microsoft Plus! pack. In Windows 98 this was built in. I use Windows 2000 Professional these days, and I haven't the foggiest if themes are still used or if a Plus pack still even exists. All the same, you can still download my themes. At the very least, you can set the wallpaper, cursors and sounds manually through the appropriate control panels.
