Miss Huntington came to my door and introduced herself as Alicia's math teacher. She seemed embarrassed as she apologized for making a mistake on Alicia's last test and deducting an extra 10 points. She said, "Alicia started the semester badly but has improved noticeably in the last few weeks and although her grade of 84 was slightly lower than her last few tests, it was still not bad. So I wondered why she was so upset when she glanced at her test and stuffed it into her book. I thought she was going to cry and I intended to talk to her about it but she just about ran out of the room at the bell and I didn't have the chance."
She continued, "Just before today's class began she showed me your note about my mistake and I corrected the grade book immediately. I told her I was sorry but when I said there was no harm done she said something about the new grade being too late for that. I didn't understand what she meant so I asked her to stay after class. She seemed reluctant to talk but I pressed her and finally found out she had been spanked for getting a low grade. At first I was surprised to hear of parents using those kind of disciplinary measures on a young woman in Junior College but when she told me it was her tutor who had punished her and not her parents I was really shocked. However, she was quick to defend you and seemed very accepting of your somewhat unorthodox methods. She's very proud of how far she's come since she started working with you and sees nothing wrong with your use of corporal punishment to help her. To be honest, I still wasn't sure what to think."
She stopped and somewhat defensively, I said, "I am helping her to learn math and more importantly how to study and make something of herself. Alicia needs a lot of guidance and I made it perfectly clear what she could expect in the way of discipline if she worked with me. When she acts like a child and makes stupid mistakes she is punished. As she told you, she understands that she needs a strong hand and never questions when I use it. If my methods shock you I'm sorry but..."
"Oh No!", she interrupted, "I'm not making myself very clear. In fact, I approve wholeheartedly. I'll admit I wasn't sure about you treating her in such a fashion at first but I've spent some time thinking about it and have come to the conclusion that your methods have been quite successful. The change in her has been remarkable. I talked to her other teachers and it seems her new attitude has carried over to their classes as well. They all had nothing but praise for her and I think you can take a great deal of the credit for that. I`m sure there are many others who could profit from your assistance in giving them a little more discipline in their lives."
I thanked her but on a hunch based on a slight flush as she made that last comment I asked if she had come to see me just to tell me she approved of the way I helped Alicia or was there something else she wanted to discuss. Her color deepened as she looked down and said, "Yes, there is something else." After a few seconds she continued, "When Alicia told me she was spank... I mean punished for getting the bad grade she mentioned that it was more severe because of the extra points I took off."
She seemed to be waiting for a response so I said, "Yes. The standard procedure is for her to pay the price for bad grades as soon as she arrives. I've found that she has a hard time concentrating on her studies when she know's a spanking's on the agenda so we get that out of the way before we move on. When she's recovered a bit we go over the test and rework the problems she missed so she can learn from them. That's when we found your error."
Miss Huntington blushed again as she added, "And a very stupid mistake it was. I've already apologized to Alicia but I don't think that's sufficient under the circumstances. After all, it was because of me that she was punished more than she deserved and ..."
She trailed off but we were getting closer to the point and I didn't want to miss the opportunity I thought I was being offered so I sternly prompted, "And what Miss Huntington."
She seemed to gather some courage and staring me straight in the eye said,"There's nothing more I can do for Alicia over this incident but I think it only fair if I were to pay the same penalty."
My hopes soared. With Alicia the punishment is just part of my overall method of education and although I can't say I don't enjoy putting some color in her cheeks, here was a woman who seemed to be asking for the same treatment so I openly asked, "Do you wish to be spanked?" I love the way redheads blush and I could only imagine her rear end turning the same shade of red under my hand as she looked down and mumbled something.
I said I didn't hear her so with the same determination she showed a little earlier, she raised her head and declared, "Yes! I think I should be spanked." Her bravado wilted as she closed her eyes and hung her head again.
I asked if Alicia had explained our system for deciding how much punishment her grade earned. She was still blushing as she shook her head and looking up again, answered, "All she said is that she was... She said you spanked her more than you would have if she had brought you a paper with the correct grade. I assume she received a few additional swats for the lower grade. Is there more? I mean, 84 isn't that bad a grade, especially when you compare it to the grades she had before you helped her."
I agreed that Alicia and I would both have been very happy with that grade in the beginning but she wanted to strive to do the very best she could so we came up with the following formula.
A grade of 95 or above gets her a reward of dinner at the restaurant of her choice but scores less than that are punished with one stroke with the paddle for each point below 100 and one additional stroke with the strap for each below 90. All given on a bare bottom. If the grade is less than 85 I spank her with my hand until her bottom is red from the top of her cheeks to her thighs before I start with the paddle and strap so each stroke is felt more acutely.
She closed her eyes a moment and said, "That must hurt."
I chuckled and said, "It's supposed to but that's what we both agreed to and she knows I'll follow it to the letter. I'm sure she doesn't enjoy it but she's never exercised her option to leave and stop studying with me. We have a little ritual we follow so she knows what to expect and what her part is. Once she shows me the grade she removes any clothes that cover her rear end so it will be openly displayed while she stands with hands on her head and her nose in the corner. It's beneficial for her have some time to contemplate her mistakes and anticipate what's going to happen so she spends at least ten minutes there. I guess she doesn't look forward to what comes next and she's been known to whimper and cry a bit during her wait. She might even ask to be pardoned. Of course, she knows what the answer will be before she asks the question and when I tell her it's time for the spanking she's never balked at putting herself over my knee."
"It's important for her to acknowledge her acceptance of her punishment so once she's settled into the proper position she's required to ask for her spanking and if I'm using more than one implement she must also ask for each one separately when its time comes. I get the feeling that's as hard to bear as the actual pain but we both know it's for her own good. The punishment ends with her back in the corner displaying the results of our efforts and of course, she's not allowed to rub any of the sting away. The humiliation of being treated like a child is an important part of her punishment and she knows it. And for your information, even though I've never required her to humiliate herself further by thanking me for punishing her, she quite often does."
"But I digress, I believe we were talking about whats going to happen to you." There was that wonderful blush again as I continued, "Alicia should have received a grade of 94 but because of you her grade was 84 and that cost her an additional 10 swats with the paddle and 6 with the strap. Not to mention the hand spanking I gave her first. By the time she went back to the corner she was a very sore young lady as you will be also. Do you wish to do it now or schedule an appointment for later?"
She silently swallowed a few times and looked down again as she answered, "It took a great deal of courage for me to get this far. I think if I put it off I'll never have the guts to come here again so I guess I choose to take my punishment now. How do you want to do this? Should I get over your lap or what?"
I answered, "You will be treated the same way as Alicia. If you are unsure what to do feel free to ask but if it's something I've already mentioned you will receive an extra stroke with the strap so I hope you were paying attention. Suppose you tell me what happens first."
