HAMBURGER/CHEESEBURGER


You'll need:

  • 1 lb. of ground beef
  • 1 tsp. Lawry's Seasoned Salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • Cheese (optional)

    Mix the meat, salt and pepper thoroughly and shape into patties about 3" in diameter and about 1 inch thick. Pan fry the patties over medium heat for about 10 minutes, flipping constantly ~ if you're making a cheeseburger, on the last flip, add a thin slice of cheese and continue to cook until cheese melts.
