Grandfather's Deluxe Seafood Salad

You'll need:

  • One small head of iceberg lettuce
  • 1 large can lump crabmeat
  • 1 lb. of cooked shrimp (tails removed)
  • 3/4 cup of celery (large chop)
  • 2 tomatoes ~ cut into wedges (1/8 tbs)
  • about 1/2 cup of mayonaise
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs ~ chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 tsp. celery seed

    Wash and rip the lettuce into bite-size pieces. In a large bowl place all the ingredients together and toss gently.
