Common Knowledge

This race is off in a lonely part of the universe. They are not well known to anyone but the people of the neighboring planets. There planet has little vegetation but has a lot of water. The planet would not be able to support earthly beings because of the bad air and water quality caused by the millions of volcanoes around the planet. The Pyrean people are continually fighting eachother. The planet is a little bit smaller then earth.

Government

The planet has a solid monarchy. The Royal family has run the whole planet for about 300,000 years. The only thing endangering the Royal Family's rule are the constant battles between them and the rebels.

Religion

They have the belief that every one thousand years their first king and greatest warrior is reincarnated to bring the planet to its peak of peace. If this is true then the great warrior should show up some time soon to stop the wars.

Common Abilities

hey have the ability to deevolve to say. They can go to a 15 foot dragon human creature to a 30 foot full dragon. Once they learn how to do this they are able to easily transform from the first form of there normal state to the human dragon creature to the full dragon. This ability comes with age and lots of practice.

Hybrid Transformation

There is a hybrid race that sprouted from the Pyrean wars. They have a new transformation that is hard to achieve. Once they relaize that they have this transformation and achieve it they are not able to transform to the other two transformations.
