Cranberry-Raisin Sodabread

Ingredients
3 cups white flour (or part whole wheat flour if you like)
1/2 cup quick cooking oats
1/4 cup Nine Grain Cereal (or other multigrain cereal with flax, cracked wheat/rye, millet, etc.)
3 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 cup of dried raisins
1/4 dried cranberries
2 tablespoons sunflower oil
1 3/4 cups of buttermilk or soured milk (milk with a bit of lemon juice/vinegar added)

Instructions
Combine all ingredients except oil and buttermilk. Add buttermilk and oil to dry mixture and stir until all dry ingredients are moist. Turn dough out onto floured board, sprinkle with more flour, and knead about 7 to 10 times or until smooth. Shape into 7-8 inch flattened, round loaf and place on lightly greased cookie sheet. Make an X 1/2 inch deep on top of loaf. Bake at 350 degrees F for 65 to 70 minutes or until golden-brown and crusty.
