Unyeasted Gruel Bread

Ingredients
4 cups of moist gruel (any kind)
6 cups of whole wheat flour
1 tsp of salt
1/4 cup of oil

Instructions
Add salt and oil to gruel and combine. Slowly add flour to gruel, first using a spoon to stir in flour, then using hand to knead flour into the dough until the dough is firm but flexible. Put on a floured board and knead until smooth. Cut a half inch slice down the middle of the loaf and brush top of loaf with water. Cover with a moist towel and leave overnight in a warm spot. Bake at 350 to 375 degrees for 75 to 85 minutes until sides are dark brown.
