How long have you been a SuperHero? Is this something you always wanted to do? How old were when you first donned that patriotic suit?" |
"Well, Ms. Montero-Alves I first began at the age of 25. I think--" |
"Yes but more importantly how long have you known that wonderful man in blue, The Tick?" |
"Although I'd known him for some time before the first time I actually worked with him and Arthur was when I helped him to defeat Chairface Chippendale. However, by that time I'd been working on behalf of The City for a good 5 years. It is interesting--" |
"Hmm, yes. How would you categorize your relationship with The Tick?" |
"I don't know. I don't think we have a relationship. We are both fighting to protect The City. It is very difficult for a woman to get recognition for this sort of work, which is why I feel this interview is so --" |
"Yes, how interesting. Do you think The Tick will allow you to assist with him more cases this year?" |
"Assist him? That big blue goon has wrecked more of my--" |
"Yes he is big isn't he? Big and handsome and sweet. And wise-wouldn't you say he's wise?" |
"Wise? What are you talking about? What about me?" |
"Mmmm, what about you? Where do you stand with The Great Blue One's organization?" |
"His what?!!" |
"Well, folks you heard it here first- American Maid and The Tick will they or won't they? Even the lady doesn't know for sure. All we do know for sure is that The Great Blue Wonder continues to astound The City with his great blue strength of character, body and heart. And a grateful city hopes he'll be with us for a longtime to come. American Maid, any last thoughts?" |
"Hmph, whatever." |
