My wife and I are from Alva,(1948) and still make it back now and then. Still have a friend or two and a cousin & her husband. Thats Tanya & Joe Phillips, he coaches baseball at the college.

i was in an accident that put me in a wheelchair a bit more than a yr ago. My son james is 2 yrs old and i love him a lot. being in a wheelchair is really crap. I get really frustrated when I cant do something or when i really have a hard time. the worst
hing is when i try and play with james, all i can do is put him in my lap and wheel around. i never thought it would be so hard to do everyday stuff without my legs.
