- Installed telecommunication software and conducted training to individuals
on Internet (for IBM computers running Windows 3.1, 3.11 and 95).
- Designed one of the
first WWW homepages in Arabic text using recently released software
(Internet with an Accent, Accent Soft
Inc.) in just 2 days of release. It won a 'Best Global Site' award
by public vote sponsored by Byte magazine and AccentSoft International.
- Designed the following sites:
- Designed a UNIX menu on the Toronto FreeNet (TFN).

- Provided one-on-one instruction during practical sessions of the
"Computer Skills" program.
- Downloaded and installed Internet browsers (Netscape Navigator and
MS Internet Explorer).
- Suggested new Telecommunication training course at LEF. Installed
Netscape and suggested cost-effective strategies for connections to Internet
Access Providers.

- Reviewed UNICEF's video-tape library (more than 300).
- Prepared a database of all videos containing key-words, summary,
duration, date of production, suggested topics for discussion, suggested
school activities.
- Researched different topics using UNICEF, libraries and Internet
resources.
- Trouble-shooting of electronic telecommunication including correct
configuration for 2 different accounts.
- Trained the Telecommunication Dept. Secretary on telecommunication
packages.
