What Happened.

According to the Arrest Report Nick Carter was arrested and charged with alledgedly resisting or opposing a law enforcement official without violence.

Nick was seen outside the Pop City Night Club having a loud arguement with an unknown white female. He was ordered to calm down and he was ordered at least 10 times to leave the Pop City Night Club. He was warned that if he didn't leave the establishment by the count of three he would be arrested. Nick tried to comply with the police officer and was arrested outside the Pop City Night Club and put in the back of a waiting police cruiser.

Nick claims that he didn't do anything wrong except be in the wrong place at the wrong time. They slapped the cuffs on me, detained me and gave me a citation for resisting arrest.

Nick released a statement saying: "I truly believe that it was my celebrity status is what motivated the police to arrest me. I am sure that after a full investigation my name will be cleared."

I also believe that Nick was in the wrong place at the wrong time and unless otherwise stated no pictures of Nick will be posted in this site.
