The Mountain Banner is the official newsletter of the Brigadier General Theophilus T. Garrard Camp #4, Sons of Union Veterans of the Civil War, located in Manchester, Kentucky. It is produced as a courtesy to our membership and is available in "hardcopy" form free-of-charge to the Garrard Camp membership. Back issues are available to the membership and to anyone else who may want them for $2.00 per copy (a donation to the Garrard Camp treasury).
