Welcome to Debbie's Place

Hi, I'm Debbie, and welcome to my little home on the WWW. This is my first attempt at a website, so please bear with me as I learn the tricks of the trade.  And please come back often as I am changing and adding all the time.

Let me tell you a little about me. I have been married to my husband, Walter, for 31 years. We live in southwestern Indiana.  We have also lived in Colorado and Florida.  So we have had a taste of both, the mountains, and the beach.  I love the beach!! The sounds of the waves crashing on the shore, digging my toes in the sand, watching a storm roll in over the horizon, long walks at dawn.  This is true heaven on earth for me.

I  also am very heavily addicted to ICQ chat.  I have made so many good friends there. I wonder how I ever got along without them.  They are my bright star in the sky and have now become my "family".  My best friends on ICQ are Babs, Carol, Foo, Rick, Rita, Velvet, Shawnda, and Lou.  I also have made some wonderful friends on Yahoo Messenger... Linda, Bill, and Livy. I love them all very much.  I thank all of you for being my friends and being here for me through some of the trials I have been through.  The true test of friendships.  :-)  Hugs to all of you!!!
