Feverfew
Feverfew must be taken regularly over a long period of time as it works as a preventative in migraines. Just chew on a couple of whole leaves a day. You can grow your own supply for better results. Many people may already have feverfew growing in their gardens and not be aware of it. Its sunny bouquets of white and yellow flowers are quite attractive. Once they become established, they may wander over a whole area, either under cultivation or where the soil is disturbed. When the plants are for personal use, only several will be required. It is good to nip off the flowering buds of one or two, so the plants will produce more leaves. You can also seed, providing a source of new plants, even though the plants are perennials and will continue to flourish from the same roots the following spring.
