| This is the homepage of both Mr. Health Nut Company and Mr. Abstain, two sides of the same person. So, life has been happening. I had a very happy Easter holiday and managed to get some but not all the work done that I had hoped. I have made a lot of updates on other sites and I thought about updating this page.
