LaVigne was introduced in 1908 by 1881 Rogers in the popular grape motif and
continued in production until 1917 (the beginning of World War I).
LaVigne, which means 'the vineyards', has many pronunciations.
It features grapes and leaves around a cartouche with more spilling down the
handle (the design being fairly deep and sculptural).
LaVigne is one of the most highly collected patterns of all silver plated flatware.
