This show was my treat to my friends cause we missed Less Than Jake in Poughkeepsie a few months back. I got blamed for it, when it was really Ashley's fault.
I had 6 tickets at will call but only of us showed up. Tim got hurt the day before and decided not to go. The show was sold out. Some kid offered me $30 for a ticket. So I figured I would get the extra ticket at willcall, go back outside and sell it. The people at the day wouldn't let me. No big deal. Security also told us no one was allowed to take pictures. I said fuck that.

The place was beyond packed. The venue maybe held 350 people and there was at least twice that inside. So we squeezed our way around the bar to the the front of the stage. We passed the merch table and one of the guys from "New Found Glory" liked my "Nuclear Assault" t-shirt. So he gave me a free pin.

I fought my way to the front and got seperated from everyone else. The Impossibles really impressed me. I had heard some of their stuff on comps but live they put a great show. I'll probably order their cd sometime soon.
New Found Glory was amazing. Action-packed. They played all of their hits and a cover of "Neverending Story." Cool.
Then Less Than Jake came on. The crowd was absolutely nuts, singing along with every song. Energy like you wouldn't believe. I sang along with every song. The Skeleton guy dived off of the speaker stack and I caught him with a couple of other guys. So much fun. It was probably one of the best shows I have ever been too. (I always wish the Melvins shows would be that packed).
I got a lot of the new LTJ merchandise they got. A yo-yo, skeleton statute, and keychain.
