Ran into: Ben from WDCC and this other girl from WDCC.


Let's start this this off by saying I was maimed... and I hurt my arm and leg. So now Sarah, Katie, her boyfriend and I start around noon to NYC from Cortland, 4 and 1/2 hours away. Katie and her boyfriend want to see FAO schactz (sp?). So I sit with the car since we can't find parking... Then we ended up in Little Italy in the middle of a street fair. It was quite bizarre. We ate there and then went to the show.

We get there and we start walking around. I run into a couple of people (Ben and this chick), I knew from the old radio station I worked at, WDCC in Poughkeepsie. One of the guys from Beastie Boys was there (I think Mike D). He was macking to some honeys so we decided not to bother him. We missed the opening band.

Titan came with their disco 80's punk noise. AWESOME!!!

Bis came on and their set was troubles from the beginning with technicial problems. the speaker was definitely blown. But the roadie was too stupid to figure that out. He changed all the batteries, cables, guitars, plugs, everything.
One of the guys in the band acted a total baby. He was throwing his guitar on the floor and getting all pissy. the rest of the band was trying to be cool but this guy just let it all out. Then he says, "Well the show next week will be better..." That statement pissed me off cause we drove 4 1/2 hours to see this whiny litle bitch in his rock n' roller fit.
