1. The People come first, and are
the final base of all law and
authority.
2. The rights and concerns of the
Community are greater to those of
any individual.
3. The doctrine of the People is the
controlling practice, leaders are
under the law, not above it.
4. Government and People are one
in the same.
5. Decisions in council are made by
a majority vote. There is no "one
voice" or a "select few."
6. The land belongs to no one
structure. It is a gift to be used
for a sacred heritage, transferred
by our Ancestors, as a bond
between the living and those who
have passed on.
7. Every family has a right to land,
free of charge, sufficient in
acreage, for the family's
economic well-being. The land
cannot be sold or given away.
The land is passed on to the
family's heirs.

8. Monies, gift, or taxes collected
belong to the People and not to
the few.
9. Fines for offenses against an
individual goes to the victim,
and not the court.
10. The problem of one is the
problem of all. No individual
may go in want or need while
others have.
11. The "true" Afrikan religion, is
actual a natural way of
thinking, feeling, and living, and
not a written down "man-made"
creed.
12. A "true" leader is one who has
the highest character, is honest,
has wisdom, a sense of justice,
and courage.
13. The Community, as a whole, is
conceived as one coalition,
opposition is conducted by
debates, not wars. Debates will
continue until a agreement is
reached. Once reached and the
Community has determined the
out come, all open opposition
will cease immediately.
14. The Community as a whole, has
a duty of caring for one another.
The Community offers social,
educational, spiritual, economic,
political development, and
support.
