| About Me I graduated from the Oregon School of Massage in December of '97. My course work included anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, pathology, and a number of massage modalities that address specific needs. I am a licensed massage therapist in the state of Oregon, which requires additional coursework each year. My professional experience has included providing massage to those dealing with stress, injuries, mental health issues, diabetes, HIV and chronic pain. |
| About Your Massage Full Body Massage A one hour massage is just that, 60 minutes of hands-on work. For your massage, I will ask you to undress to a level of your comfort. You will be draped at all times, except for the area being worked on. I will check-in for your feedback on the pressure of the massage and the warmth of the room. |
| Swedish Massage A classic relaxing massage technique that reduces stress while increasing circulation and loosening tight, tired muscles. Even though the Swedish massage is a gentle treatment, the effects are profound. Deep Tissue Massage Releases chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep pressure on areas where muscles are contracted, either following or going across the grain of muscles, tendons and fascia. |

| Frequently Asked Questions Where is your office Located? I no longer practice from my SE office. I now work at your home, office or hotel. Do you do out-calls? Yes. And I do not charge extra fees if you are within a 10 mile radius of downtown Portland. What kind of massage do you do? My massage includes a combination of Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage that is customized to meet your needs. So the massage is as deep or as gentle as you like. Will I have to undress completely? You may undress to a level that you are comfortable with. Most clients choose to remove everything, but this is at your discretion. |
