Within every seven year period of our lives every cell in or body replaces itself,
some on a daily basis. If we do not have an adequate quantity of Protein, plus
Vitamins and Minerals in our system on an hourly, daily, basis; those cells are
replaced with an inferior quality or even with mutated cells, causing weakened
body systems.
** All of our cells are made from protein.**
This is why we get predisposed (inherited conditions), at different points in our
lives. These predisposed (inherited conditions), are abnormalities in our bodies
systems that are exacerbated by a weakened or mutated cell reproduction.
Some examples of these conditions are Cancer, Diabetes, MS , etc., etc.
Some causes of protein deficiency are sickness, injuries, exercise, stress, and a
very important one - bad digestion and absorption. There are many causes for
bad digestion and absorption , some of which are , antibiotics ( accounting for
a lot of the low digestive enzyme and friendly bacteria count), poison in our
system, lack of adequate eating habits, lack of adequate nutrients in our food,
stress, etc.
To slow down, stop or reverse this process people should try to insure the best
source of Protein,plus Vitamins and Minerals are absorbed in the body at all
times. Our bodies are designed to heal themselves if given the proper tools.

From my research I would recommend:
1. One table spoon of a good pure Absorbable Powder Protein at each meal
2. A good quality Vitamin and Mineral tablet at breakfast and dinner.
3. A good Digestive Enzyme at each meal.
4. 1 teaspoon of liquid Acidophilus ( Friendly bacteria for the intestines, that
antibiotics kill ) in-between each meals and the last time at bed time.
5. Get 9-10 hours of Sleep each night.
6. Get Exercise daily ( as much as possible)
7. Drink 4 oz. of Cranberry Juice with breakfast and dinner ( stops bladder
infections ).
8. Drink at least 1/2 gallon of water each day.
9. ***** Stay under 30 grams of Fat daily.
10. 1200 mg. of Lecithin each day - optional
11. 500 mg. Primrose oil each day- optional
12. One teaspoon of code liver oil optional
