The Junkions are a race of alien robots that have based their culture on stray television signals broadcast from Earth. They are territorial, TV-obsessed, and are known to be a bit flighty. Their conversations are littered with TV and movie quotes, and most English sentences are strung-together samples from intercepted soundbites. Their homeworld is the refuse dumping ground of this area of the galaxy, and as such they've become tenacious junkyard dogs, defending their home turf as they adapt what others throw away into useful technology, which they then sell to other races to obtain further goods and energy. Rumors link their origins to the planet of Cybertron and its eons-old war, but the Junkion Council of Elders is usually mum about how the Junkions came to exist on the Planet of Junk, and try to keep the younger hot-heads from getting involved in the Autobot/Decepticon war.
