 Welcome To The 7 Year Bitch Page!
Updated Dec 3, 2008: I started this page in February 1996 after becoming extremely frustrated at the lack of 7 Year Bitch information which could be found online at that time. A couple of other sites existed back then, but they always had old information, and never seemed to be updated. After giving it a little thought, I began to collect and expand upon the available resources that I could locate and set out to create what I hoped would become the definitive location for 7 Year Bitch info on the net.
The site quickly developed a following, and soon I had people sending me information, rather than having to locate it all on my own. That was a huge help, and I'm forever grateful to those who graciously assisted with their contributions and corrections. Consequently, what started out as a single, simple, page with a plain gray background, and one photo, has grown into a site of just over a hundred pages, complete with numerous photos, soundclips, articles, reviews and various other goodies. During this time I have also been very fortunate to have Elizabeth contact me, and offer insights that I would never have gained otherwise. I've always greatly appreciated the support of her, and the other band members, and it has given me extra motivation to keep this site going so that additional people from around the world can continue to discover 7YB for themselves.
Sadly, the band broke up in the fall of 1997. I have decided to leave this site relatively intact, from that point in time, so that people who are only recently discovering the band can learn more about what makes them so great. I'm still in contact with Elizabeth, and she is supportive of the decision to keep this site going. As always, if any new information should become available, you can expect to find out about it here first, but with the amount of time that's now passed, the odds of this happening are rather slim at best.
