One of the nice things about Hawaii is the wide variety of food. People from many different ethnic groups have brought their favorite foods to the Islands, and now everyone shares these delicious dishes.
Here is Boring, our 102, serving some Guava and Lilikoi (Passion Fruit) Juice, and Kona Coffee.
Skorch toasts his own bread. Then he enjoys his toast with Guava and Likikoi Jam.
Spidey, our Quadrapus, is having a Spam Musubi. This local favorite is made with a slice of Spam marinated in Teriyaki Sauce on a rice ball and wrapped with Nori (dried seaweed).
Honker always has a hearty appetite. He is devouring a Strawberry Waffle. Next he is having a Loco-Moco and some Miso Soup. A Loco-Moco is a hamburger patty served on rice, topped with a fried egg and smothered with gravy. Miso Soup is a Japanese soup made of soybean paste.
After breakfast our Petz and Oddballz will be boarding their bus to go on their Around-the-Island trip.
