"MOUNTAIN TOPS"
I love the moutain top experiences
I love standing in the presence of my Lord
but I know the valleys run wide and run deep
and I know the Lord sees me there;
He comes to me every morning
the first thing on my lips is a prayer
that he will guide me through perilous times
His light at the end I will see.
I've come to know all about Him
I see His beauty everywhere
but I know the valleys run wide and run deep
and I know that He leads me there.
He teaches me how to temper
the problems in my life that cause despair;
Yet I want to go to the mountain top
and be with the Lord in the air.

"HIS GREAT PLAN"
A whisper to the breeze
and a leaf so complete,
yet a different color
flutters through the air.
It will be raked up soon
when all the others are gathered
to be turned into the soil,
to give new life to the plants in my garden.
I was seeing a miracle in life;
Just like when Jesus died upon a tree.
He was buried and He arose again
and gave His life
for all who accept the measure of faith,
that He wants to give.
So when you are enjoying your garden
take a moment to notice
the gifts that God has given.
You won't have to look real hard
they are everywhere.

all my past and sorrow has been
washed away by the blood that He shed
for you and me.
When you stop to think about
the problems that you've had,
don't you want to stand up and shout.

FOR MY FRIENDS
TRUE FRIENDSHIP IS A LASTING THING
THAT GOD AND ONLY GOD CAN BRING
SOMETIMES WITH TROUBLES AND DARKEST WOE
IT ONLY SHOWS HOW A FRIENDSHIP CAN GROW
FOR EVEN AS THE SEASONS CHANGE
A FRIEND IS SOMEONE YOU CAN NOT REARRANGE
THEY ARE UNIQUE IN EACH THEIR WAYS
AND GIVE EACH OTHER WONDERFUL DAYS
SO EVEN IF THEY THINK NOT THE SAME
A FRIEND WILL NEVER, EVER COMPLAIN
JUST AS A FLOWER BLOOMS AND GROWS
THE LOVE OF A FRIEND THEY WILL ALWAYS KNOW
FOR IF ONE HURTS THE OTHER
IT IS ONLY FOR A TIME
BECAUSE THEY BOTH KNOW

I looked up into heaven,
"What did I see?"
It was my Precious Lord Jesus
waiting for me.
His hair was as white
as the prettiest snow:
He was taking me home with Him,
of this I know.
So when you think about me,
remember all the happiness.
I'll be waiting for you to join me,
Heaven is bliss.

The angels rejoicing in heaven;
as your mother draws near.
They have looked into the book of life,
and found her name there.
So life in heaven with Jesus;
is the promise; that she will share.
