I grew up and went to school in Fort Bragg after moving to Willits in the ealy 90s my wife and I had a baby on Sept. 27, 1995. Our Sarah died of SIDS Oct. 14, 1995. We are grateful for what God has done for us in this situation. We are happy to talk with arents who have experenced loss. Although life is never the same we can make it. Feel free to email us.

Greetings! I wanted to invite you all to a site I just got through with. First it is for a dear friend of mine who had lost her son Greg to a drunk driver 6 years ago. The anniversary date of the crash is 13th. I have made a special memorial anniversary page in is memory. This is a very hard time of year for my friend. What a great way to communicate with other TCF friends. We all are going the same way but maybe somewhat shorter now since Nov. 91. Son Dennis age 38, major blockage in the left decending arturtery. Grief is like a volcano you never know when your emotions will erupt...My broken heart from the loss of my daughter Natalie never beats again...It's just an illusion... I'm the great pretender... I have been looking through you web site. It is really a work of love and a great tool for us bereaved parents. My son,CW2 Jeffrey B. Knight, died Aug. 16, 1991. As all of you, my heart was broken, but with the support and help from my new family, TCF hapter at Pekin, Il. I can once again appreciate life. It will never be the same as before, but I can once again enjoy life and I hope now my son would again be proud of "Mom".

Jay and I live in Reno and will be visiting Ft. Bragg again in a couple weeks. It's a favorite place of ours, and the ocean has such magic qualities for grieving parents. Our son, and only child, Shane, died August 6, 1995, from a drug overdose. He was 25 years old. We've been attending the Carson City TCF meetings for four years now, and I also attend the Reno meetings. TCF has been a life-saver for us, and we've made so many wonderful people, and some have become very close and life-long friends. N ne of us ever wanted to belong to this "club", but we're so very thankful for it.
