Angels, Love, and Hope
Angels are for all the children of the world. My kids have taught me what angels children are. Love is my gift for everyone. And Hope is for my daughter and people like her who are fighting their way back from depression.
This page is dedicated to the people, families and loved ones of everyone who is suffering from the debilitating disease, depression. Have no doubt that depression is a disease just like high blood pressure and diabeties. I started this page to bring hope and help to those and their loved ones who are dealing with depression.
People who suffer from depression must learn to help themselves. We can't hand them a pill and expect it to be all better. We can't tell them to just be strong and get over it. I can not just sit by though while I know my daughter is in pain so I am always looking for ways to help her. One way I let her know I care is to email her an inspirational quotes several times a week. Below are some that I felt would help her.

Another thing that helps my daughter is that while she was feeling ok we came up with a fun and loving saying for me to say to her. Now when she is feeling sad I make sure to say those special words to her. For us the words are "Feel the Love". Use this saying or find one of your own. Even in a depressed state they will remember that this means you care.
