Jesus rises from the dead

Jesus' Burial And a superscription also was written over him in letters of Greek, and Latin, and Hebrew, THIS IS THE KING OF THE JEWS. (Luke 23:38 KJV)

And one of the malefactors which were hanged railed on him, saying, If thou be Christ, save thyself and us. (Luke 23:39 KJV)

But the other answering rebuked him, saying, Dost not thou fear God, seeing thou art in the same condemnation? (Luke 23:40 KJV)

And we indeed justly; for we receive the due reward of our deeds: but this man hath done nothing amiss. (Luke 23:41 KJV)

And he said unto Jesus, Lord, remember me when thou comest into thy kingdom. (Luke 23:42 KJV)

And Jesus said unto him, Verily I say unto thee, To day shalt thou be with me in paradise. (Luke 23:43 KJV)

And it was about the sixth hour, and there was a darkness over all the earth until the ninth hour. (Luke 23:44 KJV)

And the sun was darkened, and the veil of the temple was rent in the midst. (Luke 23:45 KJV)

And when Jesus had cried with a loud voice, he said, Father, into thy hands I commend my spirit: and having said thus, he gave up the ghost. (Luke 23:46 KJV)

Now when the centurion saw what was done, he glorified God, saying, Certainly this was a righteous man. (Luke 23:47 KJV)

Jesus Rises 
from the Dead If in this life only, we have hope in Christ, we are of all men most miserable. (1 Cor 15:19 KJV)

But now is Christ risen from the dead, and become the firstfruits of them that slept. (1 Cor 15:20 KJV)

For since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection of the dead. (1 Cor 15:21 KJV)

For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive. (1 Cor 15:22 KJV)

But every man in his own order: Christ the firstfruits; afterward they that are Christ's at his coming. (1 Cor 15:23 KJV)

Then cometh the end, when he shall have delivered up the kingdom to God, even the Father; when he shall have put down all rule and all authority and power. (1 Cor 15:24 KJV)

For he must reign, till he hath put all enemies under his feet. (1 Cor 15:25 KJV)

The last enemy that shall be destroyed is death. (1 Cor 15:26 KJV)
