Sausage-Potato Taco



1-pkg. Flour Soft Taco Sheels
1-lb. Hot Italian Bulk Sausage
3-med. Potatos
1-can Corn (drained)
1-can of Fresh or caned sliced Mushrooms
1-med. Onion
1/2 Green Pepper

Peel and dice potatos into bite size cubs, boil. When done drain. In frying pan cook sausage, corn, mushrooms, green pepper and onion. Do not drain off liquid. Cook until sausage is done. Then add cooked potatos and mix all together. Make up earler in the day and let absorb all liquid. Then when ready to eat reheat. Add what ever you want to make as a taco.



Potato Pie



1-lb.of Groundbeef
1-med. Onion
1/3 c. Catsup
1-T. Worcestershire Sauce
1/4t. Salt
1/8t. Pepper
1- Egg, slightly beatten
1 c. Frozen Mixed Vegetables

Topping 6-Potatos 3-T. Margaine Milk 2-oz.(1/2 c.) Shredded Cheddar Cheese 1-Egg, slightly beatten

Heat oven to 350-f. In large frying pan, cook groungbeef, onion, salt and pepper until done. Drain off liquid. Add bread crumbs, catsup, worcestershire sauce and drained mixed vegetables. Mix together, add egg then. Put in bottom of baking dish, set aside. Cook potatos and mash them. Add margarine, milk. Then mix in egg. Then shredded cheese. Then add to top of meat mixture. I make a double recipe and put in a 9 x 13 cake pan. Bake covered for 40 to 45 minutes. When heated, add more cheese to the top and let melt. Then slice into squares and eat.



Tatter Tot Casserole



1-Bag of Tatter Tots
1-can Cream Celery Soup
1-can Cream Mushroom Soup
1- med. Onion
1 lb. Groungbeef

Brown meat and drain off liquid. Place in 9 x 13 in. cake pan (greased). Place sliced onions on top of meat. Mix soups together then add tatter tots to soup mixture and stir up. Dump on top of onions. Bake at 350-f 1- hour 10 mi.



Zucchini Boat



1- med. or Large Zucchini
1-jar of Spaghetti Sauce (your choice)
1-lb. Groundbeef
1/2 c. Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1- can or Fresh Mushrooms
1/2 Green Pepper

Cut zucchini lenght wise and scrape out all seeds, from top to bottom. Place in 9 x 13 cake pan. Cook meat, onions, mushrooms, green peppers together. Drain off liquid. Mix spaghetti sauce and meat together. Place meat sauce in zucchine length. Add a little water to pan with zucchini. Cover and bake at 350-f until zucchini is done. Add cheese and heat until melted.



Spaghetti Salad



1-lb. Thin Spaghetti
1- Bottle of Zesty Italine Dressing
1/4-Bottle of Salad Seasiong (Supreme)
3- small Carrots (shredded)
1- bunch Green Onions
Broccoli Flowerets
1-can Black Olives (sliced)

Cook spaghetti and drain in cold water. Add chopped green onions, shredded carrots and sliced black olives. Add 1/4 bottle of salad supreme seasiong or more if needed. Add salad dressing and mix all together. Put in large bowl with lid and ref. over night.


Oriental Salad



2-pkgs. Chicken Ramen Noodles
1/2 c. Slivered Almonds
4 T - Sesame Seed
3 T - Butter

Crush noodles, brown above in butter. Cook, then add to 16 oz. pakage of cole slaw mix.

Dressing



2/3 c. Salad Oil
2 T - Rice Vinegar
4 T - Sugar
2 T - Soy Sauce
1 t - Black Pepper
1 - Season pkg. from Ramen Noodles

Blend well and pour over salad mix. Chill 1/2 hour before serving.
