Serve as the director and coordinator of the Jesus-Net. The primary goal of the Jesus-Net is to support and encourage missionaries through the effective use of internet technologies. Responsibilities include
developing and maintaining multiple web sites, administrating
e-mail update and support networks, maintaining list of
internet resources and URLs, developing internet training
classes, and coordinating communications between
missionaries and church members world-wide utilizing
an assortment of internet technologies.

Worked as a Senior Consultant for various companies, assisting with projects including technical writing, creative copywriting, training development and delivery, project coordination, technical translation, and other miscellaneous responsibilities.

Primary duties included developing, organizing, and administrating a volunteer program for the organization. This necessitated developing efficient
systems for recruitment, placement, and training of volunteers;
records maintenance; and recognition/compensation programs. Developed program from ground up, and was responsible for writing a volunteer personnel manual; staff procedures manual; various departmental training manuals; press releases; and miscellaneous promotional materials. Was responsible for developing, organizing, and hosting a variety of recognition events for volunteers each year. Was also responsible for numerous public relations responsibilities.
While in this position, the yearly number of donated volunteer
hours grew from an estimated 10,000 to a well-documented 50,000; and the number of committed volunteers grew from 350 to 700. The increase in speaking engagements and group contacts also helped generate increased financial and material donations.
