Title of the project: Present perfect and simple past
Objectives:
1.
To
explain the difference between the two tenses.
2.
To
form correct English sentences using both tenses
3.
To
describe actions in daily life using the correct tense.
4.
To
enhance the speaking and writing skills.
5.
To
increase creativity.
6.
To
increase self-confidence.
7.
To
increase the ability to communicate with others.
8.
To
use modern technology in order to achieve goals.
9.
To
practise communicating via the Internet.
Audience: 10th Grade students.
Activities:
1)
Searching the Internet for sites related to the subject.
2)
Writing reports and giving references.
3)
Gathering different types of articles from newspapers and magazines to explain
the usage of both tenses.
4)
Writing short paragraphs using both tenses.
5)
Acting a play showing the difference between the two tenses.
Schedule: 15/2/2004-30/4/2004.
1.
Weeks
1+2 (group 1 will accomplish activity 1).

3+4(group 2 will submit their findings based on activity 2).

5+6(group 1 will finish activity 3).

Weeks7+8(group2
will submit their paragraphs according to activity 4).

groups will act a play according to activity 5).
