II. This is what you need to have to do business with us:

1. An email address, for us to contact you.
2. If you are located outside the United States, you need access to United Parcel Post (UPS) and/or Federal Express (FedEx) to be able to ship merchandise. The postal service is not an option when shipping from overseas. There is no insurance when crossing international borders. If you are located in the United States, access to the United States Post Service (USPS), the best way and most reasonable method of shipping within the United States, UPS and FedEx are also other options to ship within the United States.
3. Catalogs, Price Lists (including MSRP, appraisals and our cost), pictures and full descriptions of merchandise (including type of metal, stone, size, weight, clarity, etc.) you want to sell to us.
4. Merchandise must be new and available to be shipped within 48 hours of placing order.
5. We are also interested on "Estate Items," old and used jewelry, gold, silver, platinum, coins: numismatic (singles and rolls), raw, slabed, sterling and silver flatware, fine gifts.
6. All new jewelry and precious metal items (Gold, Silver, Platinum) must be properly marked. (10 K, 14 K, 18 K, 22 K, Sterling, 0.925 Silver, Coin Silver, etc.) US federal law requires this for all new items.

III. Information about GSDTA

1. We sell Gold, Silver, Platinum, Jewelry, Diamonds, Coins, Flatware and Fine Gifts. We are PowerSellers on eBay. We sell on eBay under several ID's. We are increasing the number of listing in the range of 7,000 to 14,000 auctions daily.
2. We sell Gold, Silver, Platinum, Diamonds, Jewelry, Coins, Flatware and Fine Gifts on the Internet on our own website: GSDTA.com, all over the world. Our new revised web site, in English and now multi-lingual (in most popular languages,) has not yet being activated: GSDTA.com. It will be a dynamic, multi-lingual website with 25,000+ items, from all over the world listed for sale. A true Global shopping experience!
3. We will buy from overseas in the range of $3 to $5 Million in US Dollars during 2003.
4. We will import in the range of $5 to $15 Million in US Dollars in 2004.
5. We are currently importing from Europe, South and Central America, Africa, Australia, Asia, from such exotic places as Honk Hong, Malaysia, and other Far East nations and selling products domestically manufactured by some of our associates.

6. We can accept and send payments through PayPal to 38 countries and through Credit Card and Electronic Bank Transfers, to most countries. It would be fair to say, we do business in any nation that uses Credit Cards, or accepts International Electronic Bank Transfers and where UPS or FedEx makes regular deliveries and where there are no restrictions in importing or exporting our type of merchandise.

IV. Purchasing Procedures

1. When dealing with Businesses, we examine the manufacturer's or wholesaler's catalogs, price lists, description and pictures of the items offered to us, and select the items we want to sell. Our selections are based on quality and price. When dealing with Individuals, we realize that most collectors and estates that have used jewelry, flatware, bullion, coin collections, coin accumulations, etc. for sale, do not have catalogs, we will accept price lists, descriptions and pictures on those cases.
2. We agree with seller about prices, discounts, shipping costs, and shipping schedules.
3. We place the orders with seller.
4. When seller can provide a Tracking Number, issued by USPS, UPS or FedEx, we send Electronic Payment through PayPal, Credit Card or Electronic Bank Transfer.
5. We will continue purchasing the merchandise, as long there is a demand in the USA or anywhere in the word. If demand for a particular item falls, we will drop that item from our listings.
6. As long as the demand continues for an item, the quality is good and shipments are received timely, we will continue ordering that particular item from our Associate.
7. We are particularly interested on items that MSRP of $300 and less. While we also carry some expensive items, the bulk of our listings are merchandise in that price range.

V. Becoming an Associate

1. If you qualify, you can become an Associate and a preferred supplier for our goods and products.
2. This will assure you a certain volume of business as long as there is a demand for your products, the quality is good and shipments are timely received.
