Hello, I am 12 years old and I have something to say that really has upset me. The other day, when Teenie Beanies came out at McDonald's I was there and I saw something HORRIBLE!! I cannot believe adults would act this way. Do you know how many children and adults are starving in this world? There are lots of them right here in the USA! The adults I saw were throwing away GOOD FOOD!! Just throwing it in the TRASH CAN! What is wrong with these people, do they not know about starving people?? Are they oblivious to hunger?? Has not there Mom's ever said to them, "CLEAN YOUR PLATE, because there are starving children in the world!!" This has really upset me, all because grown adults want teenie beanies so they can sell them for a higher price and make a profit?? What about all the children that don't even have FOOD to eat everynight?? I think all of us kids should unite and send McDonalds tons of email and complain!! (Email addresses are below.) McDonald's could have said, "do you really want this food, or shall we donate it to a worthy cause, like SHELTERS??"

A Happy Meal would have made a starving child really HAPPY! They would have had food in their stomachs and not gone to bed hungry, but instead the grown adults just threw a perfectly good HAPPY MEAL in the TRASH!!! How thoughtless and uncaring can you be, all for just a MERE TOY?? Come on people, where are your priorities?? Obviously in the TRASH CAN with your HAPPY MEALS!! Not only did they just throw away ONE meal they threw away 5 of them, so that they could go back and get 5 more TEENIE BEANIES?? HOW ridiculous are you people!!?? I think that you should feel ashamed of yourselves, those of you that threw away Happy Meals!!

Yes I am 12 and I am verrrry upset about this!! I'm sorry if you adults that threw away Happy Meals think that a 12 year old cannot express an opinion of this sort, but you are adults and should have known BETTER!!! You should not have to have a 12 year tell you this!!

And also Mr. TY Warner I hold you partly responsible for this, you make kids crazy for beanie babies, but worse you have a HUGE group of adults that just want the Beanies so they can sell them for a profit to little kids!! The push little kids out of the way to get them, they THROW AWAY PERFECTLY GOOD FOOD to get them, and they have BIG LISTS of which ones to get so they can go sell them!!! THIS STINKS!!
