It angers me and saddens me that I am sitting here making yet another memorial page.  The number of police officers killed in the United States last year was 150, which is a few more than in 1999, when 142 were killed.  Police officers are people too, and when they die their families, friends, and aquaintances grieve.  For now, I don't have much to add to this page but will be adding more soon.  Here is a listing of police officers killed so far this year... Never forget those who protect and serve.
