--Some of my Dad's many interests include botany (which he did at UWA), footy, jokes, and prose such as above....
--The authors' son (webmaster of this website) also had the honour of playing for the red and black (although only as a 12 year old in 1986) Armadale Demons.
The red and black U/13's knocked off Forrestdale (who had a season similiar to Port Adelaide in 2003) in the GF to win the flag,
and also played a little league game for East Perth at Subi oval.
